This blog is about the technology, business, and strategy behind Regenerative Medicine and Cellular Therapies – including, but not limited to, stem cells therapies, cellular cancer immunotherapies, biomaterial-based devices, and tissue engineered products. My name is Jon Rowley, and I have a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. I have been in the Regenerative Medicine field since 1994. I have a strong background in both early stage research and the development aspects of regenerative medicine, and my current area of focus is in cell therapy ioprocessing, biomanufacturing, and commercialization. In my professional life, I have worked at BD, Aastrom, and Lonza. I am currently consulting and trying to get a start-up off the ground. You can see my professional creds at my LinkedIn profile.
